All products sold on this website are digital downloads. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
This policy is in accordance with UK Consumer Contract Regulations, which exempt digital content from cancellation rights once downloading has begun, with customer consent.
💳 Refund Policy
Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital files, we do not offer refunds unless:
- The file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be used
- The product is significantly different from the description or preview
- You have contacted us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason
In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including re-sending the correct file or issuing a refund.

We do not issue refunds under the following conditions:

- You do not have the necessary software or skills to use the files
- You assumed the files were physical products
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
🎁 Gifts & Discounted Purchases
Gift purchases and discounted (sale) items are non-refundable unless defective. Licensing remains subject to our standard terms.
